Products Description
This product is produced from raw basalt and limestone. The natural rocks are first heated to over 1450°C until fully melted into a molten state. The high-temperature lava is then spun into fine, durable mineral fibers. These fibers are bound together using a high-strength thermosetting resin, forming a stable and cohesive structure that gives the rock wool blanket excellent strength and dimensional stability. Finally, the material is precisely cut into standard-sized panels for easy handling and installation. It offers reliable thermal insulation, effective sound absorption, and outstanding fire safety performance.
